Chef Elena specializes in private, intimate home-dinner parties and cocktail parties proudly serving the San Antonio area. Chef Elena caters to groups of 25, 40, 60 or more in the comfort of your home or event venue. Chef Elena leads a wonderful team, including skilled bartenders, attentive waiters, and helpful assistants. Additional rental services are available, including flatware, glassware, furniture, and bar equipment.
Chef Elena crafts an exquisite 5-course tasting menu to suit your preferences. Treat your loved ones to an intimate Romantic Date Night for two, a Couples Date Night, a Dinner for four, or a larger Dinner Party for six or more, accommodating as many guests as your dining room or backyard can comfortably host.
Chef Elena will send you an intake form to help guide the creative process for your menu and event organization. She will remain in contact with you during this period to ensure your event is tailored perfectly to your preferences.
Chef Elena handles all the grocery shopping and arrives at your home 4-5 hours prior to the event start time. The stewards and servers then arrive approximately 1 hour before the event begins.
Chef Elena personally handpicks each ingredient to ensure the utmost freshness and quality, resulting in a taste that is truly unmatched. Every meal is cooked fresh (including the handmade pasta) to order in your own kitchen using 100% homemade components, providing you with the best possible dining experience. HOW THE DINNER EVENT WORKS

The Intake Form is sent out once a date has been selected. This form is required for scheduled dinners only. If you have any questions or inquiries, please visit the contact page.

Based on your preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions (if any), Chef Elena creates a unique menu for you.

You review your customized menu, and any necessary changes or additions are made. We finalize the menu a week before your dinner/event, if not sooner.

On the day of your dinner, Chef Elena arrives 3-4 hours early with all the food (and staff if necessary) and cooks an unforgettable, made-to-order meal right in your kitchen. It's like dining at a high-end restaurant, but in the comfort of your own home.

Before leaving your house, Chef Elena (and staff, if applicable) cleans the kitchen and takes out the garbage.
